Exhaust muffler protection shields your exhaust system from various damages, including:
Scratches and dings: This is especially common for motorcycles and off-road vehicles that are more prone to bumps and scrapes.
Heat damage: Mufflers get extremely hot, and the protector can help prevent nearby components from melting or warping.
Corrosion: Exhaust fumes can be corrosive, and the protector can help shield the muffler from rust and other forms of wear and tear.
Impact damage: In case of a collision, the protector can absorb some of the impact and prevent the muffler from being dented or broken.
